24 Hour Session Cancellation Policy

Please provide our center with a 24-hour notice to change or cancel an appointment. Any Late Cancellation or “no show” less than 24 hours will either lose a session or be charged the full amount of the treatment fee in the event no treatment inventory is in the account. We cannot charge insurance companies or other third party vendors so you will be responsible for this fee. This policy is in place to honor and protect our therapists. At StretchWerks each therapist is paid a percentage of the revenue their work generates. Therapists only get paid when the treatment is actually performed and Late Cancellations are very costly to them.

Subscription Cancellation/Refund Policy

All Individual monthly subscriptions can be canceled or downgraded at any time after the 3 month commitment period. All Basic monthly subscriptions can be canceled or downgraded at any time. All StretchWerks subscription plans and packages are non-refundable. In consideration of our commitment to flexibility, we kindly request advance notification for any subscription cancellations before the billing date. Reversing charges imposes significant costs on our end, which is why we extend the flexibility of allowing cancellations up to the day before the scheduled billing date. Your cooperation in adhering to this policy is greatly appreciated.

If your account is inactive for 90 days without providing any notice, StretchWerks reserves the right to cancel your subscription. Your first payment will be drafted on the date you sign up. StretchWerks Individual subscriptions automatically renew after 90 day from the day the membership was created on a month to month basis allowing you to cancel at anytime prior to the next billing date. StretchWerks Basic subscriptions automatically renew after 30 days from the day the membership was created for another month. You are hereby authorizing StretchWerks LLC (and its successors and assigns) to process these credit card or ACH transactions according to the subscription type and payment selected on the sign up date. This authorization will remain in effect until this agreement is terminated or cancelled by the process detailed below. You agree to notify StretchWerks LLC of any changes to your payment information.

Subscription Conditions

You may receive additional stretch treatments at your then-current subscription rate. For Individual subscriptions unused stretch treatments accrued during the initial 3 month commitment must be used within the 3 month time period. After the 3 month commitment unused treatments accrued during any month expire and do not rollover. For Basic subscriptions unused stretch treatments expire after 60 days from the month they are purchased and treatments do not roll over. There may be additional benefits of the subscription as determined by StretchWerks LLC. If you do not have any unused prepaid stretch treatments at the time of service, you will pay StretchWerks LLC the then-current subscription rate for the stretch treatment.

Subscription Cancellation

To cancel any subscription, a notification must be presented to StretchWerks LLC prior to the next monthly payment date, or such other notice as required by law. No refunds will be issued to anyone who gives a notification of cancellation after the monthly payment date. Other fees may be incurred as per the discretion of StretchWerks as a result of late cancellation. In the event of failed payment or inappropriate conduct by you or your gifted service friend/family (as determined by StretchWerks LLC in its sole discretion), StretchWerks LLC reserves the right to terminate your subscription. Excluding termination for inappropriate conduct, you acknowledge and agree that any unused paid stretch treatment sessions do not rollover and any remaining unused sessions will be forfeited. No refunds will be issued for forfeited stretch treatment sessions.

Student Athlete

All individuals who qualify as a student athlete (ages 12-22) do not receive complimentary evaluations. Those who qualify as a student athlete can either utilize a family members treatment or can be charged for that session at a discounted rate of $99/treatment. No exceptions will be made. This is primarily due to the time commitments/constraints and the infrequency of their visits.

Complimentary Evaluations

Complimentary evaluations are reserved for local residents ONLY and does not apply to out of town guests or residents. StretchWerks reserves the right to extend or deny anyone a complimentary evaluation as they deem fit. Student athletes do not qualify for complimentary evaluations. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee of $59 and forfeiture of the opportunity for a future complimentary evaluation. This fee not only compensates our dedicated movement therapists for their time but also enables StretchWerks to sustain the provision of free introductory services to our local residents. Your understanding and cooperation in this matter are sincerely appreciated.

Terms and Conditions

Subject to applicable law, StretchWerks LLC reserves the right to increase your monthly subscription rate upon thirty (30) days written notice to you. Unless you complete the proper cancellation procedures identified herein, you shall incur the increased monthly subscription rate on your next monthly auto payment date following the end of the notice period. StretchWerks LLC reserves the right to transfer or assign all or any part of its interest, rights, privileges, duties, and obligations hereunder to any person or legal entity without notice to you and without your approval. You acknowledge and agree that this agreement shall be binding to the fullest extent permitted by law. This agreement is subject to applicable law in the jurisdiction where StretchWerks LLC is located and such applicable law shall prevail in the event of any conflict with the terms and provisions of this agreement. If any term or provision of this agreement is deemed to be invalid, or unenforceable, all other terms and provisions shall remain in full force and effect and furthermore, such invalidity, or unenforceability shall not invalidate or render unenforceable such term or provisions in any other jurisdiction. This constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous proposals, agreements, representations, statements, negotiations and understandings, whether oral or written, between the parties concerning the matters set forth in this agreement.

By signing up for a subscription in store you expressly authorize StretchWerks to conduct the payment transactions specified above and hereby agree to all terms and provisions set forth in this agreement.

The center identified above is owned and operated by the Operator. Neither StretchWerks LLC nor any of its parents, subsidiaries, or affiliates, is the owner or operator of the Center, nor are contractually or otherwise liable to you, the Member identified in this agreement. Please be advised for your personal information (including but not limited to visit history, buying habits, personal preferences, and the contact information provided in this agreement will be shared with future Centers, its affiliated companies, approved third-part vendors, for various purposes, including but not limited to providing, maintaining, and improving services at StretchWerks LLC.
